DXC Technology Recruitment - Job Description:
Conduct targeted risk assessments to define the scope and direction of audit engagements.
Facilitate process walkthroughs to support audit planning and strategy development.
Prepare engagement documentation, including request lists and planning materials.
Perform and review data analytics to identify anomalies and key control areas for testing.
Execute audits across various domains, focusing on internal controls and business processes.
Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, DXC leadership, and external auditors.
Assist in designing control testing methodologies and audit programs.
Update and validate process walkthroughs as needed throughout the engagement.
Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
Lead and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Track audit progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
Draft audit reports, gather management responses, and ensure alignment with KPIs and audit standards.
Follow up on remediation efforts and document outcomes using designated reporting tools.
Participate in special initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
DXC Technology Recruitment - Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
3–5 years of experience in auditing, consulting, or advisory services, preferably within Big Four or top-tier consulting firms.
Strong ethical standards and independent decision-making capabilities.
Proven ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data with precision and clarity.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working both independently and in team settings.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional presentation style.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Willingness to travel, including international assignments.

Professional certifications such as CISA or CISSP.
Experience in data analytics and visualization tools.
Background in the technology sector or IT audit.
Familiarity with audit methodologies and control frameworks.
