- Professional and technical engineering activities related to assigned product development, maintenance, and reporting.
- Monitor received emails, review them in accordance with given responsibilities, and report them to Team Lead.
- Create Jira tickets for any work that has been allocated to you.
- Analyze, estimate, and work on production and non-production issues, resolving them with the assistance of the Team Lead within the SLAs.
- Update the Jira tasks completed on the relevant day.
- Monitor, discover production and non-production application issues, convert requirements into requirements, create, test, implement, and manage application software.
- Changes should be suggested to improve existing and new Java application processes.
- Responsible for testing software functional, design, and quality requirements for components, as well as documenting and simulating complicated customer concerns in order to discover solutions and fixes to problems reported by customers.
- Analyze functional needs and seek clarity to improve comprehension; create timetable estimates based on requirements, complexity, and in-house capabilities.
- Create Junit test cases for software components that have been assigned to you.
- Work on the deployment and release of the produced application, as well as the dissemination of release information to clients.
- To make the team self-sustaining, provide training and information transfer.
- Conduct a feed forward meeting with the manager to solicit suggestions for improvement.
- Documents and simulates difficult consumer concerns in order to uncover solutions and fixes to user-reported problems.
- Attend the scheduled meeting on time and with the necessary deliverables.
