Deloitte’s Knowledge Services – KX Quals, Clients and Dash team is seeking highly motivated individuals to support content acquisition and knowledge sharing initiatives across global member firms. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and levels.
🚀 Work You’ll Do
- Manage the content acquisition pipeline, ensuring engagement materials are collected and processed efficiently
- Support team leads in monitoring contributions and identifying gaps for targeted outreach
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights into practitioner engagement
- Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to drive content acquisition strategies
- Partner with Knowledge Managers to align content strategies and enhance knowledge sharing
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering data insights and recommendations on trends and best practices
- Adapt communication style to effectively interact with knowledge managers and stakeholders
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- MBA or Postgraduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences (0–2 years of experience)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent comprehension, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work across cultures in a virtual environment
- Familiarity with professional services environments
- Team player with multitasking ability and urgency in delivery
- Positive attitude, professional presence, and maturity in handling conflict
