The Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing trust-based relationships. They are tasked with identifying growth opportunities and cultivating positive connections with new clients. The BDA will manage the scheduling of virtual counseling sessions for parents and their children on weekends.
Initially, a complimentary counseling session will be arranged for the child and their parents. These sessions will focus on assessing the child's learning approach and addressing any existing learning challenges, offering tailored solutions for improvement.
To excel in this role, effective communication skills and a commitment to the organization's core values are essential.
Byju's Recruitment - Job Description:
- Engaging with customers through phone calls from Tuesday to Friday, coordinating counseling sessions for the weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Conducting counseling sessions during weekends with parents to identify the child's learning style challenges and proposing solutions leveraging the unique selling points of the Byju's product.
- Structured Sales Practice (On the Job Training):
- The On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase commences for candidates who successfully pass the recruitment stages.
- Trainees are expected to translate the theoretical knowledge gained in the initial phase into revenue generation during the final three weeks of the OJT phase.
- Only trainees who meet the qualifying criteria will be considered for the BDA role (subject to management approval).
Byju's Recruitment - Benefit:
- ATP during OJT: INR 10,000 for three weeks
- STIPEND (ATP during OJT): From the second month of training through the end of the training period, an additional stipend of 16667 will be paid.
- For inside sales, the CTC (BDA - post qualification after training) ranges from INR 7,00,000 to 8,00,000 (4 - 5 Lakh fixed pay + 3 Lakh performance pay).
