- Project Coordination: Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and oversight of projects within the contact center. Work closely with various departments to gather project requirements, set timelines, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data pertaining to contact center performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics. Use these insights to pinpoint areas for improvement, offer recommendations, and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Process Enhancement: Partner with team leads to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and pain points in contact center processes. Engage in initiatives aimed at improving processes, streamlining workflows, and boosting overall operational efficiency.
- Training and Documentation: Create training materials and documentation for new processes, tools, and systems used in the contact center. Conduct training sessions for agents to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of updated processes and best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to oversee agent performance and adherence to established quality standards. Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, managers, and relevant departments. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and accomplishments.
- Technology Integration: Assist in the introduction and integration of new technologies or software into the contact center's operations. Ensure a seamless transition and offer support to agents during the adoption phase.
