Wipro Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- Grades 10 and 12 must be satisfactorily completed.
- Graduation years: 2021, 2022, or 2023
- Must graduate with a 60% or 6.0 CGPA.
- Students majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics who are enrolled full-time in a BCA or B.Sc.
- No correspondence, remote learning, or part-time degrees will be accepted.
- Only one backlog is permitted until the assessment stage for the 10th and 12th standards of open schooling or distant learning. Candidates are expected to finish the sixth semester and all outstanding coursework.
- The maximum amount of time between the 10th standard and the start of graduation is three years.
- Graduation must be completed within three years of the course's commencement date with no pauses permitted.
Wipro Recruitment - Additional Criteria:
- Core Mathematics is a requirement for admission; business math or applied math will not be taken into account.
- Must be an Indian citizen or, in the case of foreign passport holders, must possess a PIO or OCI card.
- Citizens of Bhutan or Nepal must present their citizenship certificate.
- No one who has taken part in a Wipro selection process in the last three months is qualified. Whether a candidate is allowed to participate in the Work Integrated Learning Program selection process or not will totally depend on Wipro's discretion.

Wipro Recruitment - Joining Details :
- Received a letter of offer? Next is as follows.
- Your position will be that of a Scholar Trainee when you join.
- Stipend:
- First Year: In addition to the first month's salary, you will receive a stipend of INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + joining bonus of Rs. 75,000. Stipend
- For the second year, you will get a stipend of INR 17,000 plus 533 (ESI).
- Third Year: Your stipend will be INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI).
- Fourth Year: You will receive an allowance of 23,000 Indian Rupees.
- You must sign a training agreement that is valid for 60 months when you join the company.
- Please Note: If you leave the organization before the training agreement's five-year period is over, you will be required to pay a payment of INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.
