Atkins Realis Recruitment - Responsibility:
- To collect data, use financial database tools.
- Preparation of financial reports in the forms specified by the project manager.
- The creation of payment certificates and invoice templates.
- Cost accruals and invoicing are compiled and monitored.
- Spending tracking and contractor timesheets.
- Using technology improvements to create project KPI dashboards.
- Maintain a tight eye on the project timeline and deadlines for each project job. They guarantee that all deadlines are met and notify the project manager of any potential delays.
- Are the stewards of project information and have authority over it.
- Control the distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage registers and file systems to ensure quality procedures are followed.
- Assist the project manager in maintaining project KPIs up to date.
- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with the Project Plan and maintaining the Project Plan up to date.
- Maintain critical project papers that track project progress by assuring their accuracy and acceptance with the project manager and filing them in a suitable database or library.

- B. Tech in Civil / PG in Construction Management/Project Management or MBA with Engineering background, MBA in Analytics Win Work/Business Advancement: Graduates from any discipline with strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience in construction, project planning and control, project management, project coordination, proposal writing/business development is preferred.
- Academic performance: At least 60% in graduation and post-graduate.
- Interpersonal skills + Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- MS Office products must be used proficiently.
- PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate from Office 365 are desirable.
- Data science knowledge is desirable.
- Experience with or knowledge of Primavera P6, MSP, Ecosys, EVA, and other project management technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of the French language will be advantageous.
