💼 Position: Java Developer – Application Development & Maintenance
Candidates should hold a degree in one of the following disciplines:

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user needs and translate them into functional system features.
Develop, optimize, and maintain clean, reusable Java code throughout the software lifecycle.
Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and propose effective solutions by evaluating custom development options.
Participate in team discussions and assist in resolving issues across development and production environments.
Interpret architectural requirements and contribute to design, development, validation, and support phases.

Skilled in implementing automated testing frameworks and writing unit tests.
Deep understanding of design challenges and industry best practices.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
