Technology plays a central role in every aspect of Deutsche Bank’s operations. The Technology, Data & Innovation (TDI) division is focused on transforming the bank’s digital infrastructure through agile practices, cloud adoption, and long-term engineering investments. The goal is to create scalable, secure, and future-ready systems that support both internal teams and global clients.
🔧 Role Responsibilities
As an apprentice, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking tech team. Your contributions will help modernize systems, reduce operational complexity, and support business growth. Depending on your assigned team, you may work on:
Engineering solutions for internal and external stakeholders
Production support and reliability services
Data analysis to inform strategic decisions
Infrastructure enhancement using Deutsche Bank’s frameworks like Fabric and Autobahn
Project coordination and reporting within PMO functions
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (BE/B.Tech)
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals: SDLC, algorithms, data structures, OOP, operating systems, databases, and testing principles
Proficiency in coding and debugging
Effective communication and listening skills in English (written and verbal)
Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation
Ability to work in production environments, including incident handling and service restoration
Interest in project tracking and stakeholder engagement
Must be available to start full-time in September 2025
All academic requirements must be completed with no backlogs at the time of joining
