🎯 Internship Mission
The Logistics Internship Program offers students hands-on exposure to the Supply Chain & Logistics department of Valeo Group. Interns will gain practical experience in material movement, inventory control, transportation, and warehouse operations. The program aims to train future managers in the SC&L field by immersing them in day-to-day operations of a manufacturing unit.
🛠️ Responsibilities
As a Logistics Trainee, you will:
Assist the Material Planner with inventory control, bill of materials, reconciliation, project launches, spares analysis, MPS calculation, and SAP-related tasks
Support the Stores team in material receipt/issue, stock transfers, returns, damages, inventory verification, and reconciliation
Collaborate with the Transportation team on scheduling, vehicle maintenance, route optimization, shipment tracking, and freight cost negotiation
