Byju's Hiring of the year 2022 - Structure of the ATP:
ATP is separated into two phases: two weeks of classroom training (CRT) and four weeks of on-the-job training (OJT) (OJT)
(A) PHASE 1: INSTRUCTION IN THE CLASSROOM (CRT)
- The first two weeks of the CRT Phase will be spent in a training facility, where we will study the theoretical aspects of BYJU'S sales process.
- During this phase, you will be participating in a variety of activities that will be rigorously assessed by the conclusion of the CRT program's two weeks. Only applicants who successfully complete the CRT phase will be granted the option to begin the following phase of the training programme.
(B) PHASE 2: WORKPLACE TRAINING (OJT)
- For applicants who passed the first phase, the second stage (OJT Phase) begins the third week of training.
- During the final four weeks of the OJT phase, candidates will be expected to generate revenue by putting the theoretical knowledge acquired during the first phase into practise. Following the completion of the ATP, all input and output numbers will be closely monitored and reviewed to determine your eligibility to apply for the BYJU'S Business Development Associate (BDA) position.
