Job Description:
- MS Excel reporting abilities are a plus.
- Hands-on experience working on several Applicant Tracking Systems- Proficiency in managing complicated HR processes (ATS)
- All open requisitions for a specific area of responsibility or customer group are handled (s).
- Working directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and phone screenings, including in certain circumstances organising travel for visiting candidates
- Candidate records and job advertising in recruitment systems are updated, and new hiring are confirmed.
- Following up with prospects on their recruitment status through phone and email
- Keeping track of recruitment operations and delivering a weekly report on applicant status
- Organizing and offering resources for debriefing meetings after interviews.
- Identifying ways to improve candidate satisfaction and scheduling efficiency
- As appropriate, assisting with the coordination of other recruitment operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate degree or similar from any stream with a satisfactory academic record.
