American Express Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- This role is in charge of handling new applications for Corporate Clients. Conducting adequate checks on incoming Corporate Card Applications to ensure that AXP complies with legislative criteria Verify the applicant's identification and conduct KYC checks Conduct experience checks.
- Account setup utilising applicable systems (MYSU, CAPS, Globalstar, IVU, etc.) interacting with internal Business Partners and External Clients (through phone or e-mail) in response to any incorrect applications received and proactively pushing behaviour changes with partners to enhance the application content
- Manage the end-to-end path of a cardmember application using Relationship Care.
- Assisting other corporate teams with any cardmember application-related issues and/or escalations
