- The Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC Subject Matter Expert/architect will create and deploy marketing automation in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud aka ExactTarget platform.
- This role primarily focuses on the creation of email communications, utilising the Content Builders tool HTML and CSS as needed in collaboration with our Salesforce CRM team.
- Knowledge of the SFMC Content Builder tool Create HTML emails with SFMC WYSIWYG HTML and CSS.
- Recognize and apply industry best practises for email development Responsive adaptive email experience Portfolio examples are preferred.
- Uses the SFMC Amp script scripting language to create dynamic content in HTML and is familiar with Cloud Pages.
- Intelligent Forms Web Collect, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and so on.
- Marketing knowledge cloud connector data extensions API integration with external systems
