Deloitte Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- Assist the Acquisition teams with application management, immigration initiation, prepayments, candidate signed documentation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and coordinators to understand upcoming volumes for both campus and experienced hires in order to develop strategies/timelines for smooth and effective onboarding.
- Maintain strict adherence to the recruiting/hiring process's process and timelines, which include application management, immigration initiation, and candidate onboarding activities.
- High-quality and accurate candidate status reporting—mailbox management, analysis of various reports for effective follow-up with stakeholders on key elements of the onboarding process.
- Coordination with all team members and other groups within Recruiting Services to drive quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
Deloitte Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-4 years of experience as a graduate in any field
