Aptean Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for validating and processing all vendor invoices within the timeframes specified.
- Reconciling various month-end balances and keeping these clean.
- Examine and respond to emails related to today's work. Vendors, banks, consultants, professionals, and internal teams are all included.
- Accounting knowledge of AP, AR, and GL, including accrual, prepaid, and deferred expenses.
- Employee expense claims must be reviewed and approved to ensure that they are in accordance with the Company's expense policy Consultants (PS vendor) Reconciliation of time sheets as part of vendor payment.
- Making entries in the accounting software.
- Month-end activities are completed on time and according to a predetermined schedule.
- As part of MIS, review and analysis of applicable General Ledgers.
- Coordination with different types of audits.
- Excellent at statutory compliance, such as direct and indirect taxation. TDS and GST compliance are strong points.

- Any Stream for Bachelor's Degree

- Bachelor's degree in commerce with 0-1 year of experience in a similar role/day today accounting.
- Ability to manage and balance workload according to schedules.
- Communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with colleagues from other regions.
- Responsible for completing tasks for'month end' purposes before the deadlines.
- Knowledge of Intacct, Baseware, and Blackline will be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly Excel.
- Ability to consistently complete assigned tasks without errors and with higher quality over time.
- Assisting other team members in achieving functional goals.
