Zycus Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with the customer to gather requirements for the Zycus application/s (like Spend analysis, Sourcing, Contract management, Supplier management, Procurement etc)
- Converting business requirements to Spend data enrichment or mapping and configuring product requirements in Dev, Staging/UAT, and Production environments, as well as delivering software demonstrations
- Provide a solid technical understanding of our product, as well as the ability to discuss and demonstrate the Zycus Solution and how it can be configured to meet business requirements.
- Work effectively with database tools, Zycus product configuration, AI applications, ETL configuration, MS-Excel, and so on.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure deliverables are on time, increase efficiency, and resolve customer issues.
- Participate in and contribute to best practises (tools/processes) and knowledge sharing initiatives such as customer KYC.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to participate in and facilitate testing, including UAT.
- Assess and recommend innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements.
Zycus Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- BE in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Biochemical/ Biomedical/ Pharmacy is required.
