- In charge of authenticating the information given by the sales team in the CRM Tools.
- Filling out proper information on the ASR in accordance with Telco standards
- Sending the ASR to several LECs after checking all pre-requisites
- Following up with LECs for real-time status updates
- Calling LECs and pushing for completion of pending orders
- Maintaining LEC intervals and SLAs is your responsibility.
- Complete rework and oversee improvements to all exit criteria.
- Using CRM tools, share real-time information with Sales and LEC POCs.
- Meeting and surpassing SLAs
- CCD compliance on a percentage basis
- Short interval compliance on percent met
- Failure to open Testing event leads in missing activation compliance
- Maintaining quality standards while meeting EFQ and AQS targets

- B Tech, BCA from any discipline
