Esko Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- Participate in the requirements analysis phase of projects by reviewing requirements (epics and stories).
- Find any needs gaps and clarify them, notify the Lead and Product Owner, make sure they are noted in the tool, and get their feedback so you can follow the findings through to completion.
- composing, carrying out, and assessing functional and regression test cases for the products. To verify the test coverage, create a traceability matrix.
- Acquire knowledge of and create automation scripts for the chosen test cases.
- Provide detailed instructions on how to reproduce any unanticipated anomalies or errors found during regression testing, as well as the test result. Provide development teams with enough information so they can comprehend, reproduce, and fix the flaw.
- Keep meticulous notes of test results.
- Install, setup, and manage software, databases, test environments, data, and tools
- Work with the development team to determine what adjustments to the regression test plans and test cases are required for the software product changes made in each release or build to maximise test coverage.
- Utilize test methodology and product expertise while creating regression tests and testing plans.
- Ensure that a standardised, documented methodology is used and followed by managing the defect tracking and resolution processes.
- possesses the capacity to pick up and modify test automation scripting for regressions

- Any test credentials (CSQA, Test automation certifications, etc.,)
- Candidates with knowledge of Agile / Scrum
- Engineering who graduated in 2021 or 2022

- Good programming abilities in one programming language like Python, Java, or VB Script Knowledge of QA practises at both the conceptual and practical levels

- Communicates clearly and effectively, facilitates meetings, listens closely, asks the proper questions, and can acquire the appropriate information.
- You will be given QA and testing responsibilities in both manual and automated testing activities if you have excellent English communication skills both verbally and in writing and if you have a solid understanding of web and/or client/server technologies.
