Cyient Recruitment - Job Description:
- Ability to articulate information security risk ideas to business and IT in accordance with the risk management framework of the firm.
- Provide consultancy services to businesses and stakeholders on information security controls gap analysis and implementation, risk assessment, data privacy, security incidents and evaluation.
- Conduct ISMS internal audits on a regular basis to assist the business and enabling functions in meeting ISO 27001:2013 standard requirements, organisational security policies, and customer expectations.
- Create training materials, education, and training for employees to increase their understanding of information security and related culture.
- Capability to explain concepts linked to information security to a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical employees.
- Assist with the definition, planning, design, and implementation of the organization's entire information security management framework/process.
- Outstanding communication skills are required to maintain effective connections with service team leaders, functional and business groups at all levels.
- Analyze and identify hazards to assist clients in implementing risk-mitigation controls.
- Examine numerous risk elements such as physical security, IT security, human resource security, data privacy, and business continuity in various locations throughout the organisation.
- Work with BU Account Managers and stakeholders on the information security scope response process to customer risk assessments, RFPs, and contract reviews.
- As appropriate, assist with the investigation, resolution, and tracking of information security events.
Cyient Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information technology
- Good understanding of major information security domains and controls from the ISO 27001:2013 standard (such as access control, operations security, physical security, human resource security, and so on).

- Other industry-standard risk, governance, and information/cyber security approaches are also required.
- Knowledge of current and emerging IT developments (Cloud computing), as well as the security dangers and risks connected with them.

- The ability to prioritise, support, and deliver on key project objectives and milestones.
- A strong desire to learn and great collaborative abilities.
