Hexaware Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- Should have a fundamental grasp of the ITIL process, as well as ability to communicate with international clients over the phone and via email.
- For phone response, technical support, and customer service, meet defined service level metrics.
- Provide end-user help desk assistance as well as Level 1/2 IT infrastructure and application support.
- Log incidents/call tickets and maintain track of incoming customer ticket queues for assignment, follow–up, and resolution with the Ticketing tool.
- It is necessary to follow and complete checklists for opening and shutting the IT Service Desk.
- Examine and update your knowledge base for solutions that might be used to manage first-call or contact resolution scenarios.
- Install, troubleshoot, and configure MS Outlook, MS Office, Applications software, Antivirus software, Internet Explorer, and do basic network troubleshooting.
- Use remote desktop tools like Remote Desktop Support, Dame Ware/Bomgar, Team Viewer, and others.
- to troubleshoot and resolve end–user issues (optional)
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2022 – B.Sc (CS/IT/Electronics) & BCA Throughout the 10th, 12th, and graduation years, the batch averaged 60% or a CGPA of 6 or above.

Selection Process to get job in Hexaware:
- It is mandatory to be able to communicate well in English, both active and passive.
- Candidates should be willing to operate in a 24*7 shift setting and give follow–up support to end–users to verify that the Help Desk has handled their needs in a timely and effective way.
- Candidates with a gap in their schooling of more than one year are ineligible for this initiative.
