CISCO Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- End-to-end Third-Party Software Compliance and Risk Management (TPSCRM) platform support engineer
- which governs and drives all Open Source and Commercial product component licence verification and compliance management, as well as serving as the repository for all Cisco's Product Bill Of Materials (P-BOMs) and other documentation.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to follow-up on issues and train end users globally will be essential for this role, as it will interact with customers from all Cisco Engineering organisations.
- Solid knowledge of the software product development life cycle, CI/CD processes, defect analysis, and validation procedures.
- Review user-submitted tickets (cases) related to TPS Eco system (TPSCRM platform) issues and perform the initial round of triaging and problem analysis before routing to Tier-2 support for resolution.
- Train end users on basic Third-party platform functionality and enable workflow on questionable areas.
- Customer issues are monitored and tracked, and weekly/monthly/quarterly reports are generated.
- To avoid SLA impacts, ensure that Level 2 and Level 3 cases receive the necessary traction and are addressed by the Engineering Team.
- Strong knowledge and experience with open source components and libraries from various suppliers is preferred.
- Knowledge of Cisco processes (CPDM – Cisco Product Development Methodology, PLM – Product Lifecycle Management, CSDL) at a high level
CISCO Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher with a recent bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (2022 pass out Only)
CISCO Recruitment - Preferred Skills:
- Python development expertise
- Knowledge of Web Services, XML, JSON, REST, Sockets, Multi-Thread, Linux, and Windows operating systems is required.
- C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, Crypto/Secure programming, MySQL, MS-SQL, Software Development Lifecycle, Manufacturing Test Process, Delphi, COM, Networking protocols are all desirable.
