- Incident Management and Resolution: Show accountability and ownership in leading technical situations to resolution.
- Technical expertise and critical thinking abilities in problem solving linked to apps, computing, and networks. Management of Issues/Problems: Reduce the effect on the business by proactively recognising possible difficulties or problems and alerting management, elevating to the appropriate operating team.
- Responsible for executing and directing the site's IT change management (review, approve, and control quality of execution).
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ITOT operations and collaborate with the IT Operations Leader and P&G TSP to carry out the agreed-upon Continuous Improvement strategy.
- Solution Design: The site E2E leader serves as a consultant for local infrastructure needs within the scope of his or her technical responsibilities.
- Stewardship: Execution of internal compliance processes and accountability
P&G Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree required, as well as 0-2 years of experience in IT operations and management.
- MBA or equivalent master's degree
- ITIL Foundation Certification might be beneficial if you have a basic understanding of IT governance standards and controls.
