- Find technical answers to difficulties or questions about unfamiliar or novel circumstances.
- SLAs must be met.
- Maintain client ties.
- As needed, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a current understanding of all QMetry products and upgrades.
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction

- Expertise with relational databases (SQL Queries).
- Excellent understanding of RDBMS fundamentals.
- Sound knowledge of either Windows or Linux/Unix operating systems.
- This role requires excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, customer service, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Organizational abilities, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines are all required.
- Ability to respond to support-related emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and well-organized.
- E-mail clients, FTP clients, and Web browsers are among the Internet-related apps with which you excel.
- Database expertise is required.
- It will be advantageous if you have prior technical support expertise.
- Approach to client issues that is prompt, responsive, responsible, and courteous.
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA
