Boeing Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- Understanding of the structure of an aeroplane and its various sections
- Proficiency in mechanical component design is required.
- General understanding of various instruments such as pressure sensors, thermocouples, strain gauges, data loggers, and so on, as well as their design, performance, and integration.
- Experience with flight test instrumentation, instrument component design, experimental models, mechanisms, and so on.
- It is preferable to have a strong demonstrated ability to perform classical hand calculations as well as basic experience with CAE tools.
- Good engineering discipline with demonstrated ability to begin with requirements, design and develop, and release to meet requirements
- Be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, with a positive attitude and the highest ethical standards.
- Seek information and guidance on a proactive basis in order to successfully complete the statement of work.
- Working collaboratively with a cross-functional team is required. Must be willing to work flexible hours (as needed, early or late) to interact with Boeing personnel all over the world.
- Model Based Engineering experience for multiple projects is required.
Boeing Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited university, preferably in Mechanical / Aerospace, with 0-2 years of experience in the aerospace domain.
Boeing Recruitment - Preferred Skills:
- Engineering CAD tools: CATIA / UG - ENOVIA / TEAM CENTER experience
- Part design, Assembly design, Sheet metal design, Tubing, Drafting, Generative shape design
- Drafting: Proficiency in standard drafting (ANSI Y14.5M-2009), GD&T, and design for manufacturability
- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint are examples of office applications.
- It is necessary to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
