Amdocs Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- You will analyse tickets, analyse service interruptions, prioritise issues, and follow up with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
- You will make sure that all necessary ticket data is available for additional analysis (such as an error screenshot and the customer ID) and implement methods and procedures to address well-known or recurrent problems.
- Within the specified SLA, you shall ensure prompt resolution or escalation. Understanding the issue, keeping customers informed promptly, and treating them with professionalism are all part of providing excellent customer service and developing trusting relationships.
- In accordance with SOPs, you will update checklists for quality control and progress monitoring.
- You will put your abilities to use by making efficient use of the documentation and knowledge base already in place for first-level and quick-win solutions.
- You will manage the queue to assign tickets to other teams, follow up to ensure a prompt resolution, and monitor SLAs.

- BSc, BCS, BCA, & MSc in the 2021 batch (CIS & IT streams only)
- 55 percent over the course of academic studies, without any pauses or gaps by year
