OLA Recruitment - Job Responsibility:
- Answer requests for technical assistance by adhering to the guidelines.
- Investigate reported incidents utilising the resources and techniques at your disposal. Hardware, software, application, or fundamental network-related faults should be identified, prioritised, and fixed.
- Use the incident management tool to correctly and completely record all interactions, activities, and results.
- Assign the appropriate support staff to handle open tickets.
- actively keep track of assigned and pending tickets, follow up on them, and hasten their resolution.
- Determine and escalate tickets that require immediate consideration and action.
- Keep up with system news, alterations, and updates.
- Observe the attendance, leave, and work schedule policies.
OLA Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- Equivalent experience, an M.S. or BE in computer science or a related discipline
- comprehensive understanding of security flaws beyond the OWASP Top 10
- Knowledge of doing manual and automated security assessments utilising security tools on online apps, mobile applications for Android and iOS, and microservice architecture
- working knowledge of typical product processes, including integration with payment gateways, authentication, etc.
