Shell Recruitment - Job Description:
- Maintenance, technical support, and standardisation of operational unit technical data and documents
- Work with the Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Project teams of the appropriate OUs to analyse technical data, documentation, and processes for Shell Assets and Businesses.
- Prepare preventive/corrective maintenance procedures/work packs and provide end-to-end assistance to maintenance and reliability engineers as assigned.
- Create Preventive Maintenance (PM) and general job lists based on the maintenance strategy, and connect them to maintenance plans and items.
- Engage with site maintenance leads on a regular basis, responding to requests to fix maintenance concerns.
Shell Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Field Instrumentation, Analyzer Instruments, PLCs, DCS, and automation systems in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals/ Heavy Industries/Power Plants, or any related industry
Shell Recruitment - Preferred Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of instrumentation and control principles
- Knowledge and experience with general instruments, such as pressure/temperature/level transmitters, control valves, DCS/IPS, and analyzers, are required.
- Some expertise with maintenance and engineering tools, such as SAP, SPI Intools, and others, is desirable.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to encourage others to accomplish results
- Excellent communication abilities
- Assurance in providing reliable data that affects crucial business choices
- Strong teamwork abilities, as well as the capacity to influence and encourage others
- ability to study and execute innovative ideas autonomously, resourcefully, and creatively
